I heard a quote in my audio book that I loved.

I needed to talk about it.

But I didn't know where to talk about it.

Should I do a Twitter thread?

Should I post it on Instagram...post a screenshot of the book cover and then hope that people read what I've written in the comment section.

Should I write it on Dreamwidth?

My blog?

I ended up choosing my blog.

I'm not sure I have the energy and motivation to keep up with a blog and also do this.

The blog post I wrote today was the first I've done since mid-February.

I was thinking of quitting here, but maybe I'll stay as a reader? Find conversations about my favorite TV shows?

Or who knows...maybe next time I have that feeling of...I NEED to talk about this somewhere, I'll end up choosing here instead of my blog.

Does your blog get a lot of readers? Also re: books, there are likely some book communities here you could post to.

No, I don't get a lot of readers. I get a moderate amount of visitors but I'm not sure if they're reading or just dropping by; then deciding I don't have what they want.

One thing that makes me think I DO want to write here...at least sometimes...is using the "read here" cuts like you do.

It would make it easier to write about TV shows...not worry so much about spoilers.
